Privacy

When you submit an event, we collect: your name (optional), email address, and the event details you provide (including any image you upload).

Your email address is used only to confirm your submission, to contact you about moderation, and to send you a link to edit your listing later. It is never shown publicly. If you'd like a public contact method shown on your listing, add it in the "Public contact" field — that's the only contact detail visitors will see.

Event listings are kept live for as long as the event is upcoming, and for a period afterwards for our records. Rejected or spam submissions are deleted within 90 days.

By uploading an image, you confirm you own it or have permission to use it. If you believe an image is being used without permission, contact auth@aberystwyth.wales and we'll remove it.
